Common questions about using the Text Case Converter — privacy, supported formats, tips, and troubleshooting.
No. All conversions happen locally in your browser using JavaScript. We do not upload your text to our servers, which keeps your text private.
We support 12+ transformations including UPPERCASE, lowercase, Title Case, camelCase, PascalCase, snake_case, kebab-case, CONSTANT_CASE, AlTeRnAtInG, iNVERSE, Sentence case, and reverse text.
Use the "Copy Text" button to copy the transformed text to your clipboard, or click the Download button to save a .txt file of the converted text.
You can download the converted text as a .txt file. PNG export and other formats are not currently supported.
Real-time mode updates the output as you type or paste text. Click any case style to enable it; click again to disable. This makes quick experimentation frictionless.
Yes — common shortcuts include Ctrl+U (UPPERCASE), Ctrl+L (lowercase), Ctrl+T (Title Case) and others listed in the keyboard shortcuts panel. Shortcuts speed up bulk editing.
Modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari mobile and desktop) are supported. Because conversions are client-side, the tool works offline once loaded in most cases.
We do not store or log your text. The site may emit minimal analytics events (non-text) to measure usage, but no user text or personally identifiable content is collected.
Check for invisible characters, extra whitespace, or line breaks. Use the "Clean up" options to normalize spacing. If a specific case type behaves unexpectedly, copy a short sample and report it via the contact link so we can help.
